Midwest Behavioral Health Center may offer one-to-one SMS text messaging for business communications, including referral coordination, service-related communications, follow-up communications, appointment-related information, and responses to inquiries.

Participation in SMS messaging is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving healthcare services or doing business with Midwest Behavioral Health Center.

Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in information or consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Midwest Behavioral Health Center or others.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Individuals may reply STOP to discontinue SMS messages or HELP for assistance.
